Finally got most of my stuff that was due this week finished, and was able to make it to the gym today!

This was a speed run day.

10-minute warm-up at 6.7
10 min at 7.1, 2 min at 6.7
5 min at 7.1, 5 min at 7.2, 2 min at 6.7
5 more min at 6.7 to cool down

39 min total run time, 4.53 total miles. (8:36 pace)
