Has anyone ever felt like this:

Major frustration with weight loss.

I am in the 9 month -1 year post op.  I have started working out at the gym to 5 days a week.  My meals have gone up to 1 cup of food.  With majority of meal is protein..  My weight loss has slowed down almost to a stop.
Am I doing something wrong?

I'm not an expert, but I recall my first year post-op and hitting a "plateau."  Possibly evaluate how you feel with your workouts...are you not as exhausted or sweaty as you were when you first started?  If not, maybe it's time to push harder.  Keep the food intake down to what is absolutely necessary.  Working out will make you more hungry so find things that will last.  Personally, I've begun to work "The Zone Diet" into my routine but find that I have to make the portions less for my stomach size.  It concentrates on proteins but doesn't eliminate other things our body needs.
When I plauteaued, I would add more distance to my jog and/or I'd bump up my speed.
Hope this helps!
