THERE ARE SOME GOOD IDEAS ON THIS BOARD I AM DESPERATE FOR ENCOURAGEMENT AS I AM THE ORIGINAL COUCH POTATOE AT AGE 66. I DON'T LIKE EXERCISE AT HOME,BORED WITH CURVES AND GOSSIP,LIKE WALKS OUTSIDE BUT HATE COLD OR RAIN. HOW ARE THESE FOR EXCUSES?WHEN I CAME HOME FROM HOSPITAL I DID GOOD FOR AWHILE WALKING AROUND OUR SMALL HOUSE.UNTIL COLD SET IN. DOGS LIKED IT ALSO. I WILL MAKE A GOAL HERE TO WALK AROUND HOUSE 3TIMES TWICE A DAY RAIN OR SHINE FOR 7 DAYS. THAT WOULD BE FROM TODAY 11-28 TO 12-5. PRAY FOR ME TO HAVE "STICK TO IT NESS."

Another way to get in a few extra steps where it's dry and warm is to circle the supermarket a few times before you start actually grocery shopping.  We have a Super Walmart that makes for a pretty good size walking track.
