Monday workouts

It's Monday!

After my 1-hour spin class, I hit the treadmill for 20 minutes and was able to run half of it without any pain in my hip.  So, I'll just keep adding those minutes a little at a time to avoid reinjury.

Way to go Cassie.  Glad the hip is feeling better.

I did 16 miles on the treadmill today.  I was supposed to do 19 but wanted to walk away with some optimism after some horrible LR's.  I will probably do 3 more long runs before Disney.

Glad things are going better and you're going at it slowly, Cassie.

I did an hour run at 6.7 today and was glad I actually made it to the gym.  Lots to do today, and I'm still not done yet (got a paper due tomorrow).
