Wow!!  I also can't wait to hear Sherry's report so I can check out her blog.  I'm only 3.5 weeks post op but I really want to be able to do a triathalon.  Can someone tell me how they trained for this and how long it took them before they could compete.  It's so exciting to see people like me can actually do this!!!!
