Thursday Workouts

Ran 1.5 miles and swam 400 meters.
Have my 10k this weekend.  Probably hit some upperbody tomorrow morning, maybe some swimming, I really need to work on my swimming.  It's the worst part of my Tri.

I ran 2 miles with my running group.  I decided that I don't really run that well with a group.  I tend to try to run with the group, and not pace myself correctly, and then poop out.  I think I do much better by myself.

I know I have been MIA for a while. Last night I went to a body pump class at the gym and did a yoga class immediately afterwards.
