and I am heading out after work for a 30-40 mile ride.

Got my shoes exchanged yesterday, so I tried them out today.

Speed run for me.  The new shoes are great.  Light.  Don't feel like I'm running in sand.

5 min 6.7, 5 min 6.8

4 repeats: 5 min 7.2, 2 min 6.8

Cool down 5 more min 6.8, 5 min 6.7
