Good Morning Everyone,

I hope ya'll had a great weekend and are gearing up for Thanksgiving, I know I am!!!
Let's hear what everyone did today.

I got up at my usual 3:45am and was at the gym by 4:30. I did a 1600 Meter swim, followed by a 1 hour spin class, followed by a 3.1 mile "Brick", followed by Miltary press on smith machine shoulder shrugs tri pull  downs dumbell lateral raises skull crushers and dumbell revers flies, followed by a 20 minutes sweat-a-thon in the dry sauna, followed by a 1600 meter swim! Big Monday workout for me. Hope you all are well, and I am hoping to get out on a 30-40 mile ride this afternoon, we will see!

Damn Dan,

There aren't enough hours in the day for me to do what you did today.

1/2 hour on the stationary bike,
1/2 hour free weights.
15 minutes in the steam room.  That always makes me feel like going back to bed.

Planned workout for tonight is an easy 3 miles, weights and a bootcamp class, but going easy on the glutes and back tonight.  Really feeing some discomfort there with some inflammation.

Not much for me today, my legs are still screaming from the measly 5 miles I did Saturday.

A day late, but got in a 1 1/2 hour spinning class last night.  Legs actually felt pretty good even after the long run on Sunday.
