Saturday Workouts......
Hey Guys,
Today I swam 2000 Meters. Did my first 1600m (1 mile) in just under 27 minutes which is real good for me. Then did speed drills the last 400m. Hope you all had a good one, and I look forward to reading your workouts.

I spent 3 hours in the gym today simulating my long run - 1hour spin; 1 hour eliptical; 1 hour treadmill (walking on an incline - no running). Hopefully by resisting the urge to run and giving the hip plenty of time to heal, the cross training will be enough to keep my endurance up enough to still run the Disney marathon in January. We'll see.
