streching

Hello!! Just a quick question does anyone know of any beginer streching dvds or yoga. I really am not flexable and  I really hate streching and because of my neglect of streching before and after working out I have strained some muscles in my back, causing and ordered by the dr not to work out hard for a while  just light training.  I think I learned my lesson!!!!Please give me some advice as to where I can find these dvds. thanks
