I ran my longest distance to date today.... 16.1 miles in 2:44:00. Not too fast, but I will take it.

Another good spin class for me.  Pilot said I went over 15 miles!  Lots of good interval training.

Walked a casual 5 miles and did some weights. Very lite day I am sore from yesterday
