Ok ya'll..... Let's hear what you did.

Today I ran 7 miles in 61:22. Pretty good for me, I'll take it. I have a 16 mile run in the morning with a couple training buddies frm our Tri club, so we will see how that goes. Take care....

I don't know how y'all run on the DREADMILL! ZOINKS! I suck on it. I'll take outside anyday.

I swam 2000 M in the morning. No shoulder pain.

I did my last bike workout before I get to Arizona...an hour on he trainer...low/mid z-2 (I have 4 Zones...not 5). 90cadence...

I would probably enjoy running outside more if 1) I didn't get rained on ever; 2) there was a potty any time I needed one; and 3) I could be sure I was maintaining my pace.  One of these days I might get a garmin or something, but I need other things more right now, so... the DREADMILL it is!

I managed to get in 30 minutes of intervals for speed training and a 1 hour bootcamp class yesterday.  After a week and a half of this bootcamp, my glutes are screaming at me everytime I go to sit down and my pecs are like noodles and I can barely lift my arms....yet somehow I'm feeling stronger.  Mind games?  Whatever it is I like feeling powerful.
