Hump Day Workouts.....
Ok ya'll..... Let's hear what you did.
Today I ran 7 miles in 61:22. Pretty good for me, I'll take it. I have a 16 mile run in the morning with a couple training buddies frm our Tri club, so we will see how that goes. Take care....

I managed to get in 30 minutes of intervals for speed training and a 1 hour bootcamp class yesterday. After a week and a half of this bootcamp, my glutes are screaming at me everytime I go to sit down and my pecs are like noodles and I can barely lift my arms....yet somehow I'm feeling stronger. Mind games? Whatever it is I like feeling powerful.
