I just got back from my mile repeat workout.  I did 5 today and was again looking at 9 minute pace.  I just couldn't hold the break down and did most in 8:45.  The last one was 7:50.  Add the warm up and cool down, I did a total of 6.4.

Nice pace bro! Today I did not run a 5k, but I sure as heck swam one! 5000 Meter swim today. (3.1 Miles) in 1:44:00. That is an epic swim for me, man I am feeling it! Take care ya'll.

I will be doing a 45 minute run tonight.
Without struggle, there is no progress.

Did my normal spin class today.  This time she did some 'do a mile at resistance 7 in 3.5 minutes' type drills.  I like those.  They keep me focused on pedal stroke and keeping a consistent speed.  Plus, I work really hard trying to complete it well under the time allotted.  Have I told you all I like a challenge?

Hope everyone is having a good day!

I just finished a 5 mile run.  I am getting used to running in the dark - I bought a headlamp - what a difference that makes!!

Hell Tuesday Workout.

I had a date with coach troy and his TimeTrialPalooza 22 spinnerval DVD. 1.5 hour of warm-up, cool down (both short) and a lot of work over the lactic threshold.

After that I did a strong 5 mile brick.

Great workout...REALLY HARD!

It's cold outside and didn't dress correctly, so I ran a quick 5 miles and called it quits.  Afraid of catching a cold.

I was released from my Dr. to return to full activities, so I did a cycling class and it was a bit tough returning after being out for almost 2 months.
