Wednesday workout!

I did a little speed workout.  Didn't have as much time as I wanted so after a 10 minute warm-up I did 6 repeats of 1 min 7.0 3 min 6.8 with only a couple minute cool down.  Still didn't feel very good (not enough sleep last night) but very glad I did it.

I'm right with you with the not enough sleep. We celebrated obama's win with bubbly. well...I just near dammmmm drank the whole bottle. ZOINKS! Anyhoo-I think I woke up buzzed. Then I got some coffee in me...felt alert, but yucky tummy.

Then I went for a swim at like 5AM. Yah...I'm up to 2800M. I had to hop out to get to places on time. Was supposed to do 3600M.

I'll have to swim 2.4 miles in ummmm 2.5 weeks. No biggie...just hard getting back after the accident.

I'm doing MUCH better-still going to sports chiro.

This sat I have a 5.5 hour ride...low HR first 2 hours and race the last 3. I haven't ridden outside in ummmm...3-4 weeks.

I switched my rear cassette yesterday in fear of lost fitness. I took my big girl 12-23 off and slapped on my little girl 12-27. I need to ride well...those extra bail-out gears throws a lot of confidence my way!

I went to a Hip Hop class.

Where I learned that when the Blood Bank people say "no strenuous exercise for 24 hours", they MEAN IT! (I didn't think it would be the strenuous. It's just Hip Hop.)

Hi Everyone......"My Name Is Dan And I Am An Addicted Excercise Aholic"....

So I had this nagging feeling all day that the 2000 meter swim I did this morning was not enough excercise, so.....

This evening I went to our softball game, then went to the gym after to hit the pool again. I finished another 4000 meters tonight (2.5 miles) in 1:18:00!!!!! That's almost 4 miles swam today. Needless to say, I do not have a nagging feeling that I did not do enough today. Take care ya'll.
