Monday workouts.....

I hope everyone is having a great Monday! Let's see what you all did.....

I got up at 4 am and got in 1600 Meter Swim at the gym, followed by my spin class, then finished up with a 3.1 mile "Brick" (Run after cycling) in 26:54.

 If it is still light when I get home, I want to go for a 10 mile run or so. Take care everyone.....

I did 4 times a mile today at 8 minute pace.  With the warm up and cool down, 5 miles total.

I'm starting a bootcamp tonight.  For the next 4 weeks I'll be doing this on M, W and F...my crosstraining/gym days.  Looking forward to a good woopin!

I'm back to cross-training and stretching.  The return to running didn't go so well, so I'm off the road for another month. . . so . . . today was 30 minutes on the eliptical followed by weight training.
