What did everyone do today?

I went for a little run...3.5 miles in 27:05

I have a 10 mile run and a 50 mile ride tomorrow, I wanted to take it a little easy today...Happy Halloween everyone!

Dan where do you ride?  I need to do more on the bike, but I've never really found a place that I like.  I've done Joe Pool's lakeridge and the service road on 287, but the traffic just drives me crazy.  I've never done the trinity trails becaese of the runners and walkers, especially those who don't know how to share.  

Friday was scheduled to be my day off this week...had to spend time with the kids for Halloween, but I couldn't stand it.  I ended up doing a 1 mile sprint around the neighberhood.  Managed to do it sub 9.  For me, that's really good.  Pre-WLS that would have been 14ish so anything in single digits is good for my psyche.

Funnt you mention Trinity... I just did 30 miles from downtown to Benbrook Lake and back.....It is a gorgeous ride! Let me know if you want to meet up with us next week and maybe you could come out with us.

Didn't post yesterday, but had a great spin class.

Today just a little 30 min 3.4 miles.  Long run on Sat.
