Thursday workout!

I did 45 min strength training and 45 min on the elliptical.

Scott,
You are amazing.  I don't think I could do repeat laps at all.  I would go nuts and probably loose count.  So last night I did an hour spinning class.
I still don't think I'll be anywhere near you guys at Disney.  You'll be having dinner before I cross the finish line, but I do plan on finishing.  15-miles planned for tomorrow.  They don't seem to get any easier, but my pace is staying fairly consistent.
Keep it up.  It's getting cold out there.

Yeah Rob, it's definitely getting cold.   I would imagine that we will pass eachother back and forth many times in the last few miles.  Last year I did a 6:20 marathon.  I would imagine that this year will be similar.
