I did a quick 2.2 mile run this morning.  Trying to stick to my new slimmed down marathon plan and keep some minor injuries at bay.

I've been a slug all week, so I made myself go out for a 4 mile run.

You know, I didn't want to go out and do it - but I made myself, and I felt so good when I was finished.  I have to remember that feeling!!
