I will be heading to the gym for a training session (upper body today) then some cardio. :)

I did some sprinting then walked with my 23 yr old daughter at lunch (about 2 miles).

Hey Linn,

    Just an FYI....After RNY we are not supposed to ever give blood again. It complete depletes our iron stores...That could be why you are having problems.

Actually that is totally doctor dependent on whether you can give blood or not after RNY.  I have been in the LifeSaver program for the last three years.  I do the ALYX every four months and my surgeon and primary physician are supportive.  I take an iron supplement and my labs are fine.  I guess the East Coast has different rules.
