Monday workout

I did 3 one mile repeats at 9 minutes today with a total of 4 miles.  I want to add one repeat a wee****il the end of December for a total of 10.

Sounda like a great goal, Scott.

I did a 40-minute recovery run today.  Boy were my legs sore from Saturday's run!  They're feeling quite a bit better now.
