weight training after plastic surgery

Does anyone know of a weight training program after plastic surgery.  I had my stomach done and was wondering about a new training program.  Dr said ab training wasn't needed as hard as before so I need a new program.

I don't have an answer for you but you might try posting this on the plastic surgery board and see if you get any answers there.
