Now what can I do!!! I see my physical trainer every Wednesday and she kicks my butt.  Well for the last two days I am so sore that I can't really walk to much so there went my cardio.  I did work my arms yesterday because those aren't sore.  What would you recommend for the pain to go away or should I just push through it and go for a run/walk.

When I have sore muscles, which is rare anymore, I do like to get an easy run or bike ride.  Nothing too demanding, but something that gets your hear rate up enough for some cardio but also gets the blood circulating enough to get rid of the lactic acid build-up.
