I just picked me up a pair of these bad boys, and man are they BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD!!!!! (Asics Kayano 14's). I went to a running store where they vidoed my stride and found that I need a stability shoe because I tend to pronate when I run. These were the perfect fit, and are worth every bit! I went to the gym and ran 3.1 miles in 27:12 which is my fastest time so far and I know I am going to do much better on my long runs because of this investment. Happy Trails....

I am going today to get some new ones.  Two months ago I went and got some but forgot to ask for the wide.  Running had sucked ever since.  Even though my new shoes have about half the miles they should before getting retired, I can't take is anymore.  It was my fault anyway.  In my haste to get out of the store, I had a brain fart.

Glad you found some clouds to run on!

Yeah man getting a proper shoe fit helps so much down the road.   I was king of shin splints until I got fitted and found the one that works for me which in my case is Newtons.
