Okay fellow exercisers!  Post what you did today ...

I did a 1 hour weight lifting class and 40 minutes on the elliptical.

I did a session with my personal trainer today.  First half-hour of weights, second half was using the foam roller.  Wow, is that one tough workout.  I thought foam would be soft.   Great workout for the hammies and IT band.  Did a liesurely 3-miles to cool down.

This morning I did 1 hour spin class, 3.5 mile brick, and swam 800 meters.   This evening I ran just under 12 miles in 2 hours...pretty hilly run, but it was gorgeous! Take care....
