Sunday workout

I went to the gym today and ran 3 miles. It was the best run I've had in a while! After that I did a yoga class - that was great! I can see how that will be a big help with my running. The stretching was fantastic and I have lots of room for improvement.

Yoga rocks!!  I really do love it - I just haven't been able to fit it in my schedule.  I think I am going to have to try harder - LOL!!

Today, I cleaned my house - that was a workout in itself!!

I got up early and went for a 2.50 mile run in the butt freezing cold!!!  Brrrrr!!!

I ran the Santa Monica 10000, benefiting St. Johns Medical Center.  I finished in 1:26:17.  I missed a pr by 39 seconds.
But, I had fun, and there was no soreness afterwards.
