been awhile
...since I posted.
I've determined I NEED this board. I think it helps keep me "in line"
sooo...excuses, excuses...blah, blah, blah...seeing my pics from a family wedding a couple weeks ago & a doctor calling me "mildly overweight" (jerk) gave me a kick in butt to get moving again.
my exercise today:
1 1/2 - 2 hours hiking....I got a little lost. :-) my dog didnt seem to mind.
I forgot how much I like hiking.
anyway, I hope to be better at using this board.

I as well need to get back in gear. Part of getting my "tail" back in gear is being more of a part of this group as well. My new job is really testing my ability to workout, and as a result, I've put on a few pounds.

Hey girl, it's great to see you back on here!!! I've also managed to slowly gain 10 pounds and I'm not at all happy about it. I'm working really, really hard to take them back off again. It's a chore!!!!
