Help with choosing a treadmill please

I have asked for a treadmill for Christmas and the really good part is I get one as soon as I find the one that I want. So I don't have to wait . So if anyone knows anything about them and can recommend one that will hold up good, I would really appreciate it. Money is an object so I can't go super expensive but I don't want a piece of junk either. I would like one that I eventually can jog on so I guess the motor needs to be pretty good?

So anyway please any help with this would be great. Thanks so much. Have a great evening.

Check out www.consumerreports.org.  Some of their reports require a subscription, but the subscription is about $25-26 per year and its worth it to check out all sorts of purchases from the tv I bought to the exercise bike.  HTH.

Why not join a gym?  A tread mill becomes a clothes hanger and if you are like me and on the big side, you need to find out about the board strength.  The heavier you are the better and stronger board you need.  I broke a board and wore out a belt in less then a year.  I joined a gym and use their machines instead.
