     Let's hear what ya'll did today.


I Did my 1 hour spin class followed by a 3.1 mile brick 27:21....

Going for a 30 mile ride this evening.

I had a 20 minute bike ride this morning, then I hit the free weights for the first time in years.  Working on chest with dumbells.  Man I can feel it already.  Tomorrow will be the first day of really working the chest, today was just kind of the trainer showing me the exercises.

I will probably take the dog for a walk tonight after dinner.

We will see what tomorrow yields.

Wednesdays are my fun workout night - I take a jazz class.  We are just beginning to learn our routine for the recital.  It seriously takes us to May to learn a 4:30 minute dance - LOL!!

Mine was a 50-minute run.

10 min at 6.8
6 repeats of 1 min 7.3; 4 min 6.8
finished off the 50 at 6.8 
total of 5.72 miles.

So, my first post is I walked/jogged 3 miles tonight.
