Quite honestly it has been about a month since I lifted anything, so I was surprised to have set a personal best on the bench! Maybe the rest did me some good. :)

Bench Press
20 x 45 lbs.
12 x 85 lbs.
8 x 105 lbs.
3 x 125 lbs.
1 x 145 lbs. *Personal Record* Got it up, but it was U-G-L-Y

Traveling Lunges
3 sets 20 w/15 lb. DB's

Lateral Cable Row
12 x 70 lbs.
10 x 80 lbs.
8 x 90 lbs.

Dumbbell Shoulder Press
12 x 17 lbs.
12 x 17 lbs.
10 x 17 lbs.
8 x 17 lbs.
