Ab Coaster

Anyone here used the Ab Coaster.  Seems like a really neat machine.  Somewhat expensive but if you get good ab results I'm all for it.  The reviews seem to be really good and I tried it out at Dicks Sporting Goods and could really feel that from just a few moments of use.  Just thought I'd see if anyone out there has tried it.  Really need something that will work those lower abs as much as possible.  Thanks!

My gym had one in the office for a few days (it never went on the floor).  I tried it out and it was fun, but what a one horse wonder.  There are plenty of great ab excercises that take no equipment at all and you can do almost anywhere.  Look up ab excercises online or ask a trainer for ideas. 

I've never used it but if you check out fitnessinfomercialreview.com there are plenty of consumer reviews that may help you decide if it's worth buying.
