This morning had a coached 1400Meter swim...planning on doing 30 mile ride tonight and 40 mile ride tomorrow, with a longer run in there somewhere.

I am going to walk for an hour this evening.  Resting my legs from running.

I slept in this morning (on purpose!) and am taking today as  rest day.  I have a 5k race tomorrow and am doing my long run on Sunday.
