Wednesday Workouts
Didn't make it to the gym early enough to do my run this morning so I did weights instead (upper body).
Tonight after work I did my 50-min run. Supposed to be a speed-type workout. 10 min at 6.8 to warm up then did 6 repeats of 1 min at 7.3 4 min at 6.8 until 41 min. Last 9 min at 6.8.
As much as I dislike running in the evening, it worked out just fine and I'm glad I did it anyway.
