Well nobody else has started this yet today, so I guess I will.

5k run
8 mile ride
still working on pull ups.  My goal is to do them unassisted.  Right now I'm still using 80# of counter weight to help out, but it's getting better.

This Evening: 3.5 Mile Run 27:40

*** I just found out they are having an Olympic distance tri called the Dallas Open, put on by Toyota this Sunday. They are saying about 1200 entrants or so! It should be awesome, I am going to go for it. I have only done 1 tri and that was sprint distance, but I think I am ready for a little more distance and an open water 1500Meter swim..... We shall see I guess....

After my extra workout yesterday, the leggies are tired.  I did a 30 minute run this morning for a distance of about 3.4 miles.

I tried running yesterday, but my legs said no way after the 14 mile run on Sunday.  I didn't realize how tired my legs were until I tried to run.  So I settled for walking 30 min with an incline and 30 min on the stationary bike.
