I had a race on Sunday, so I ran a quick mile with my running goup.

On Sat I rode 100 and did a 4 mile brick.

I took an unintended rest day and watched the high school cross country meet in town.  My best frient's son is a JV runner and still did his 5k in 19:23!

Then I had a fabulous massage.  I need to do that more often!

I had a 10K running event ... Best Dam Run.  It was a perfect day for it!  My knee has still been bothering me and I'm also dealing with low iron issues.  However, my finish time was 1:08 so I was perfectly happy with that!  I have another 10K coming up in 2 weeks!
