Today I did the ellipitcal machine for 80 minutes and 23 seconds to burn a total of 1284 calories. Now this was my personal best. Yesterday I did about 30 minutes and 15 on the treadmill. Plus I worked my arms, legs, and abs for about 30 minutes. I love the gym and my exercise I feel so good and I'm looking good too!

Yesterday I ran 13.5 miles with an average 11.5 pace.  Also, it was the first time I used GU.

Monday - 5 mile easy bike.

Tuesday - rest.

My hips are a little tender from Sunday's half marathon, so I'm giving them a little more recovery time before I resume my running.  With the Wineglass Marathon less than 2 weeks away, I don't want to risk overdoing it.

Hey Dan,

My Monday was a 45 minute run.  Kept the tread at 6.8 and felt really good.  Love those days!

Tuesday morning was spent studying for an exam (so I missed my spin class I love), but I came home and mowed the lawn in the afternoon.  I'm calling it cross training since it takes an hour and a half to do.
