New Half Marathon PR

Congrads,...you have certainly earned the PR with your prep and training.  Now you have the accomplishment to accompany your advice and recommendations.  You certainly keep me inspired.  Running in the local elections/campaigning requirements have really put a dent in my half training.  I'm not even sure I want to risk doing it this Nov as unprepared as I am compared to where I wanted to be.  You still inspire me.  Thanks for posting your event and results.  Big Congrads again on the PR and accomplishing a major goal.
