I walked and even ran a little!!!

I forgot to post this here.... I finally started exercising and am hoping it'll do a little for the weight loss... and a lot for the toning. I promised myself I would, and I DID!! I used to hate it...but a few nights ago I went for a walk/jog.... and then another... hopefully I can keep it up.
