Wednesday Workouts...

OK Guys,

    11:00pm and I figured I better start this thread before it's not Wednesday anymore...

This Evening:

15 Mile Bike ride around Texas Motor Speedway: 43 Minutes

1600 Meter Swim: 29 minutes and change

I am probably going to take it easy the next couple days to allow my body to repair and be 100% for Triathlon Saturday morning. Take care ya'll

Hello!!!  I went to the gym and ran 3 miles on the treadmill and then walked 1/2 a mile to cool down.

Finally made my run today.  45 minutes for 5.1 miles.  Felt a little tweak in the hamstring so I didn't push the speed as I had planned.  Good run though!
