I ran 11.1 miles this morning.  I broke it up into two four mile segments and a 3.1 mile (5K) segment.

first 4 - 10:45 average
second 4 - 10:20 average
last 5K - 9:30 average

It was a great run.  I like intense runs

Giggle, giggle.

I say that when I run sometimes, too!  Especially when I first started, and sometimes when I'm having a bad workout.

I had a crappy 2 mile run at a 15:23 pace.   I need to get more sleep and my multivitamins.
Without struggle, there is no progress.

Glad you had a good run, Scott!

My morning included a 50 minute spin class and a mad dash to school.  We have a new spin instructor on Thursdays and she's turning out to be really good!
