Tuesday Workout
Ok Ya'll
My first time starting this thing so here goes.....
Woke up late and didn't get to gym before work....
Evening:
2,000 Meter Swim: 32 minutes and change (I had an awesome swim TONS of energy today I really felt my Nitric Oxide boosters kick in about 500 meters into swim)
3.4 Mile run: 30:38 (A little slower than yesterday perhaps due to long swim & a lil more humidity)
Have A Good One,
-Dan

I got my 3 mile run in this morning before work and it was glorious. Temperatures were in the 50s, so much better than the high 80s Sunday.

That's perfect running weather. Awesome way to start the day! Wish my lazy butt would have dragged itself out of bed this morning!

I did 6 times a mile at 8:30 pace. With the warm up and cool down, it was 7.5 total.

I ran 3.75 miles after work. I was feeling a little lazy, and was on the fence about going out. I'm glad I did - I checked my watch, and completed 5k in about 35 minutes - slow by most accounts, but a PR for me - woo hoo!! I have a race coming up on the 29th - I am hoping to finish in 37 minutes - now I know I can do it!!

Count me in! I did an hour on the eliptical before work and 45 minutes on the treadmill after work!
