8 Months Post-Op Today...400 Pounds to 231 = 169 LBS Lost...YEEEEE HAWWW...1st Triathlon Next Week

Ok Ya'll,

Today marks 8 months since surgery. Down almost 170 LBS and I have my first Sprint Tri on Saturday. I have set a goal to do a full IronMan distance tri next year and I am going to train my butt off to do it! Thanks for all your support!
