I am finally back from the land of broken computers!  Haha!  What did you all do for exercise today?

I went to a 60 minute Spin class and managed to drop sweat all over the floor around me!  Gross!  Then tonight I'm going back for a 60 minute kick-boxing class.  I'm very sweaty today!

I was wondering where you've been!  Glad it's just your computer.

It was all I could do to get up in time for a 50-min spin class this morning, but I was glad I made it anyway.

Welcome back Deanna!

I ran 5.5 miles at a 10:00 pace with my new staff member.  My regular running partner has a new work schedule so we can only get together twice a week now.  But, luckily my new hire is a runner.  It'll be nice to mix things up a bit.

This morning I swam 1800 meters: 34:33 (I wanted to do 2000m but did not have enough fuel in the tank)

This evening I cycled 15 miles on a fairly flat route: 42:16
