I got up to run this morning, but I had asthma.  I even had a puff of my inhaler before I went out to run.  That was not got enough; I came home and had another puff of the inhaler.  I will run tomorrow morning.
Edit: I ran 1.97 miles, in the evening at a 16:12 pace.

Tonight is my regular Tuesday run - 3.75 miles.  I just hope that Mother Nature cooperates - we are getting hammered with thunderstorms right now.  Luckily, the hubby and I just joined a gym, so I can do my run on the treadmill if it is still raining when I get home.

Swam 1200 meters

spin class 1 hour

This evening:

Ran 3.5 Miles

Climbed 90 flights of stairs

Rowing machine 15 minutes

Monday:  45 minute run - completed 5.12 mies

Today: 50 minute spin class

Today I did about 1 hour and 10 minutes cardio which burned just about 685 calories. Also, I did the abs and arms for about 15 minutes. Today was my personal best.

i need to start posting here to be more accountable

masters swim class started up Tuesday. swam 2000 yards

there were only 2 of us there so I got a lot of tips on my stroke and lack of speed!
