30 flights

i have been doing 30 flights of stairs (down) + 1 city block
about 4x weekly. seems to help my afternoon mental health
& focus

I haven't been doing 30 flights of stairs (wow!) but I have started going up and down the stairs in my building at lunch.  You're right.  It does help the afternoon mental health and focus.
