Online Fitness journal-TDP?

I want to starte a more formal exercise program and want to keep track and be able to chart my progress over a period of time.  Any reccomendations?   I use thedailyplate.com for my food, but I can't figure out if it is possible to get a graph of exercise of the past week.

Any help is appreciated!

(15 pounds in the week before surgery--that pre-surgery diet is a doozie!)

Depends on what kind of progress you want to chart. Are you trying to track caloriies burned while excersicing, weight loss in relation to amount of excercise, or just tracking the increasing frequency in which you're working out?

I would like to track frequency, time and distance.  For example:  I was walking 20 min. 3X a week in week 1 and now I'm walking 25 min. 4X a week.   Does that make sense?
