Thursday Workouts

I can't believe this thread wasn't started yet!

I only did about 2.5 miles (innards weren't agreeing with me) but then did my upper body strength training.  Having a bit of a bad week with the stress over school and a sick doggy.

Did another one-hour spin class (intervals).  Attended yoga class afterwards.

I tried to do my normal 3.75 miles, but it was too darn hot in NJ (90 degrees at 6pm!!) so I pooped out after 1.5 miles.  I walked the rest, then went to my tap dancing class.

Took the babies for a 1 hour walk and then did 1/2 hour with Gilad last night, Hubby is back but is leaving again Monday for 2 weeks, sigh.....no gym for me so I have to keep finding ways to get my exercise in while he is gone since I won't have childcare ~ but every bit counts.

Did upper body weights at the gym and 2.11 mile run afterwards.  I don't know why, but recently when I run, I sweat like crazy.  I ran at 9:45 at night and it was not humid or hot, but I came home with a wringing wet tech shirt and shorts.
