Screamin Knees - 5k Run - Week 3, are you with me?

Hey Everyone,

I can't believe we are on our 3rd week of training for the 5k run.  It has been a really eye opening experience for me.  I have come to the conclusion I will not be a runner, but I am kicking up the dust and working on that speed walking

Here is my scedule I have been following this week:

Monday - Rest
Tuesday - 3 mi run
Wednesday - 45-60 min Cross Train
Thursday - 6 x 400 meters
Friday - Resst
Saturday - 4 mi run
Sunday - 5 mi run ( I will not be doing this as it's to much for me)
