It is unofficially Fall, so dance classes are starting back up this week.  Tonight is Jazz.  My Jazz teacher is a little crazy, so I am sure I will be sore tomorrow!!

Well, water aerobics was cancelled tonight, darn it! A small group of us tried our best to create a routine but it was nothing like class with our instructor.

Came home and did 30 minutes with Gilad, I heart him!Now that I am cooled down I think I am going to jump on some Namaste and call it a night.

One hour spin class with a new instructor.  She had going full-out for the first thiry-five minutes before she let us lower the intensity.  A little bit of stretching afterwards.
