Tuesday Workout!

It's been great reading all the race reports!  I'm glad everyone shares.

So, how was everyone else's workouts today?

I have a sick dog and didn't get to the gym early today, but finally managed a spin class and 4-mile run this afternoon after classes.  It's funny, though, that my knees were sore.  Can't quite figure it out, but didn't keep me from getting the run in as well.

Let's all share our daily workouts!

I taught a kick-azz tri spin class. Hillz. I was over my lactate threshold for my HR average.

I then took them on a 30 minute brick.

I did my usual Tuesday run - 3.75 miles.

I have sick kiddos (stomach flu) but I was able to work in a 30 minute Gilad Ultimate Body Sculpting routine while they all slept, yay!

I almost thought Tuesday's workout was going to get missed.  I went to the gym and ran 5 miles on the treadmill.  Felt real easy, so I guess I'm fully recovered.
