Do you love exercising???
On a bad day, my runs feel like Jce's, but on most others I feel like Chad.
I've always been active, and now that it's so much easier for me, I really love having the goals and ability to reach those goals. I truly enjoy most all of my workouts even though they're rarely what you'd call easy.
I have fewer mood swings and a much more positive outlook on everything when I exercise regularly. I even put off gall bladder surgery so I could do my first race. Yeah, I'm wierd...
Take this time to find things you like to do and a way to make them a part of your daily life. You will be so happy that you did. Besides, in the long run the main reason for exercise is to have good health.
